AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE
READ CAREFULLY. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU EXPRESS YOUR
UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT THAT YOU ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
All
products sold by MAD Originals, LLC are intended for off-road exhibition/show
use only.
HOW TO ORDER
- We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal through online
ordering.
We do not accept cash.
All orders are shipped pre-paid. We do
not accept COD orders. We do not accept email orders.
The average online order
takes 2-3 business days to process after we receive payment. You should receive
your shipment within 7-10 business days. (Please keep in mind that the carrier
determines actual shipping time.) Orders paid by check or US Postal money order will ship upon receipt
and verification of payment.
SALES
TAX - PA
residents must add 6% sales tax.
HOW TO CANCEL AN
ORDER - To cancel an order, call 610-767-7889 and speak with a customer
representative. Orders cannot be cancelled by email.
SHIPPING
- MAD Originals ships only to domestic US mailing addresses. We do not ship to
P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Most orders are
shipped USPS Priority Mail, an average 2-3 day service to most domestic
destinations. Most orders require Signature Confirmation upon delivery. For your protection, credit card orders will only be sent to the
cardholder’s address on the credit card statement. MAD Originals is not
responsible for shipping damage. All claims for
shipping damage or loss are to be made by the customer to the delivery service.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition, in the original unopened package.
Returns will be refunded/credited for the merchandise amount only, not shipping
costs.
Please mail all
returns, along with original Order Number and reason for return, to MAD
Originals, 17 West Race St., Catasauqua, PA 18032. Customer is responsible for
return shipping and handling costs. Returns will be refunded/credited within 14
business days of receiving the return. Returns must be sent either UPS ground or
USPS Parcel Post Insured, or it will not be accepted. Returns shipped COD will
not be accepted. Customer is responsible for merchandise damaged as a result of
improper packaging.
If you received the
wrong item (different from what was originally ordered), please call us at 610-767-7889, so we can arrange an exchange.
All claims for
returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returns and
exchanges are limited to current stock on hand.
WARRANTY
- Goods distributed by MAD Originals, LLC are warranted only to the extent of
the original manufacturer’s warranties, if any, and MAD Originals, LLC shall have no
obligation with respect to any claims or obligations arising as a result of any
such warranties.
MAD Originals, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES IMPLIED UNDER THE LAW SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. MAD Originals, LLC will not be liable for any special, consequential,
or incidental damages. MAD Originals, LLC liability for all claims whatsoever
shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

GOVERNING LAWS
- This
agreement and transaction shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and the venue for any dispute shall be Lehigh County, PA.
