Shown here are MAD Originals 45 ACP Casing Capz bolt covers installed on a Harley Sportster primary. They can be used almost anywhere on a Harley-Davidson custom or chopper where ¼ inch socket head bolts are used.

Casing Capzbolt covers are made from genuine nickel plated bullet shell cases, with stainless steel inserts for corrosion resistance and good looks. Standing approximately 7/16” tall, they have a low profile, and fit into very tight spots.

Our original Casing Capzcan be used on primary covers, gearcase covers, transmission covers… virtually anywhere that a standard ¼ inch socket head cap screw is used. Held in place by a dab of commercially available silicone, all Casing Capzare easy to install, easy to remove for service, and are reusable.
